Hotel Duty Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to lead our front office team at Voco Hotel Surfers Paradise.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining accurate hotel records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Oversee reception and night audit operations
  • Liaise with departments to solve challenges and achieve guest satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within hospitality
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems (Opera advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • QLD RSA/RSG certificates or ability to obtain
  • Full Australian work rights
