We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Care Specialist to join our team in the Limestone Coast region of South Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a new purpose-built mental health sub-acute and rehabilitation unit, contributing to a comprehensive and integrated service.
The successful candidate will have a compassionate and person-centred approach, with strong communication and organisational skills. They will be passionate about enhancing the lives of consumers and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop individualised rehabilitation plans to help consumers recover and enhance their lives within the Mental Health Sub-Acute and Rehabilitation Unit and wider community.
- Work collaboratively with consumers, their families, and other team members to achieve treatment goals.
- Provide high-quality care and support to consumers, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
We seek applicants who possess the required qualifications for the position and have strong communication and organisational skills. A background in mental health or a related field is essential.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will be able to prioritise tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.
