Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Care Specialist to join our team in Doomadgee. As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will work with multidisciplinary teams to provide safe and quality healthcare services.

About the Role

This permanent full-time position involves working alongside our mental health teams to ensure high standards of care are maintained. Your skills and expertise will be essential in upholding clinical nursing standards and contributing to the development of our service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert mental health care services to patients in Doomadgee.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our mental health service through education and research initiatives.
Requirements
  • A relevant tertiary qualification and current registration/licence as a nurse.
  • A postgraduate qualification or current enrolment is highly desirable.
  • C Class Motor Vehicle Licence is required.
  • Pre-employment screening, including criminal checks, will be conducted.
  • Evidence of vaccination or immunity to specified diseases may be required.
