About the Role

As a mental health professional, you will work with military personnel to provide high-quality care services.

  • You will be part of a multidisciplinary team to support the diverse mental health needs of military members.
  • You will manage crisis presentations, conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans.
  • You will assist in the initial intake and assessment of ADF Members.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and listening skills, enabling them to make patients feel comfortable and safe in their care. You will be empathetic, compassionate, and understanding of the importance of these qualities in delivering effective mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mental Health Support: Provide high-quality mental health care services to military personnel.
