Role Overview

As a member of our Future Students team, you will play a key role in supporting administrative operations. This position involves coordinating logistics and providing administrative support for school visits, events, and recruitment activities.

Key responsibilities include preparing engaging collateral and presentation materials to support student recruitment initiatives, as well as maintaining up-to-date records and databases to track engagement activity.

Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting stakeholder engagement by assisting with scheduling, communications, and follow-ups, while responding to enquiries and requests from prospective students and schools with accurate information.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics and provide administrative support for school visits, events, and recruitment activities.
  • Prepare engaging collateral and presentation materials to support student recruitment initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and databases to track engagement activity.
  • Support stakeholder engagement by assisting with scheduling, communications, and follow-ups.

Requirements
