Job Description

Talent Administration Officer - Seasonal Recruitment is a fixed-term contract that supports the delivery of a national seasonal recruitment campaign for store-based roles. The role involves coordinating and administering recruitment activities, working closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process that reflects company values and brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advertise roles on approved platforms
  • Screen applications and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate group and in-store interviews
  • Generate offers and contracts using PageUp
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance
  • Provide weekly recruitment updates to the Talent Strategy Manager
  • Support a positive candidate and store experience

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow structured processes and manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
