**Recruitment Coordinator - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract**

Citywide are currently seeking a **Recruitment Coordinator** to join our People & Culture Team on a 6 month fixed term contract This is a busy role that will see you juggling multiples tasks - coordinating our recruitment administration and ensuring the smooth onboarding of our New Starters.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Manage all administrational activities in the area of recruitment and on-boarding.
- Oversee pre-employment checks for all prospective new starters (medicals, reference checks and other checks where stipulated).
- Be the point of liaison between the applicants and stakeholders.
- Ensure new starters are entered correctly into Payroll system in a timely manner.
- Completing weekly and monthly reports.
- Raising Purchase Orders and receipting Invoices.
- Any other administrative or day to day requests as required by the P&C manager.
- Provide accurate information and support to the team and organisation with their queries.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Previous experience in an Administration role.
- Previous experience using Page Up and Pay Global (desirable).
- Recruitment background is a nice to have but not essential.
- The ability to meet short deadlines while maintaining high quality results.
- Strong technical skills using Microsoft Office.
- A proven ability and demonstrable track record of delivering results.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in having delivered outstanding customer service.
