Spiritual Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Care Coordinator to join our team at St Francis, a 48 bed home in Grafton, NSW.
About the RoleThis part-time permanent position involves providing effective pastoral care services to residents and their families, ensuring they receive care that meets their individual needs. You will work collaboratively with the service manager and staff to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Provision of pastoral care services to residents and their families
- Collaboration with the service manager and staff to deliver care
- Development of computer-based pastoral care plans for each resident
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A background or qualifications in pastoral care or counselling (Clinical Pastoral Education, Theology, or Spirituality)
- Previous experience in an aged care environment is highly desirable
- Ability to demonstrate Catholic Healthcare's values of compassion, courage, and integrity
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
As a member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive salary package, estimated to be around $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience
