Affordable Quality Service Assistant

L'assistant de service qualité abordable assure que les clients reçoivent un excellent service à chaque étape de leur expérience dans notre magasin. Cela signifie se mettre en avant, aider les clients à trouver ce qu'ils cherchent et s'assurer que tous les clients bénéficient d'un passage rapide et amical aux caisses.

Compétences et responsabilités essentielles
  • Aider les clients à faire leurs achats, à trouver le produit recherché et à trouver des solutions pour répondre à leurs besoins.
  • Offrir une expérience rapide et courtoise aux caisses et manipuler l'argent selon les normes.
  • Sensibiliser les clients aux avantages du programme de récompenses et effectuer les inscriptions.
  • Mettre les clients au courant du sondage Voix du client (VDC).
  • Aider avec les processus omnicanaux, y compris les commandes AEL / REM (achetez en ligne, ramassez en magasin) et les commandes expédiées à partir du magasin (EXP / M).
  • Participer aux processus de déchargement des camions, de remplissage des présentoirs et de planogramme (POG).
  • Responsable du rangement de la marchandise et de l'entretien, y compris le processus de retour de la marchandise, replacer la marchandise sur les étagères et le rangement général du magasin.
  • Effectuer les tâches d'optimisation des stocks en magasin (OSEM) et les montages pour les soldes hebdomadaires tel qu'assignés.
  • Contribuer à la prévention des pertes et de sécurité.
  • Répondre aux procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) et aux programmes de l'entreprise pour assurer la conformité aux lois et exigences applicables, mettez en pratique les politiques et les normes de l'entreprise.
  • Interagir avec les autres de manière acceptable et respectueuse, restez positif et respectueux même dans les situations difficiles, promouvez l'engagement envers la vision et les valeurs de l'entreprise.
