As the Mobilisation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing the mobilisation of services in a large-scale housing development in Cairns. Reporting to the State Manager, you will drive project delivery, stakeholder engagement, contractual compliance, and risk management to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- You are a proactive and experienced project or service delivery professional, with a strong background in community or social services, housing, or property sectors.
- Coordinate and oversee the mobilisation of services in a large-scale housing development in Cairns
- Drive project delivery, stakeholder engagement, contractual compliance, and risk management to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a manager in community or social services, property services or related government department
- Thorough understanding of and clear commitment to best practice, policy and legislation in the housing sector
- Current Driver's Licence
