Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and outcome-driven Project Coordinator to join our team in North Sydney or Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, sound understanding of project management principles, and high-level numerical analysis and problem-solving skills.

This role requires close working relationships with regional managers and team members to drive financial processes and targets within the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing work orders and related financial administration, ensuring compliance to all financial processes and standards within the region.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that will suit an individual who has a passion for delivering positive client outcomes and effective stakeholder engagement.

About the Role:

  • Manage end-to-end work orders and related financial administration
  • Ensure compliance to all financial processes and standards
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and supporting documents
  • Work closely with regional managers and team members to drive financial targets

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Adhere to relevant contract, commercial, and legislative guidelines
  2. Provide proactive and responsive customer service
  3. Ensure all systems are administered correctly and aligned to program requirements
  4. Produce ad hoc reports and reconciliations as required by the business or clients

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a project environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Project, Word, and PowerPoint
