We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop win strategies and manage end-to-end pursuit processes for project opportunities within the infrastructure industry.To succeed in this role, you will require:
  • 5+ years' experience in a pursuit and bid role in legal, professional services or other relevant environments
  • Strong technical capability in leading pursuits, including stakeholder engagement and project management skills, with a proven ability to successfully manage complex work-winning processes
  • Extensive experience developing win strategies, with an ability to successfully articulate themes, differentiators and benefits
  • Ability to effectively manage and engage key stakeholders in leading pursuits/bids, along with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously (based on complexity)
  • Highly competent user of Microsoft Office suite, including Word and PowerPoint
