Electrical Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all site activities under the direction of the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple teams of electrical workers
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to implement cost-effective construction methodologies
  • Coordinate with the Project Engineer to ensure all work meets the highest quality, environmental, and health & safety standards
  • Provide Quality Assurance and sign off on relevant works in accordance with project and compliance requirements
  • Manage resource allocation in alignment with the project schedule, ensuring efficient planning and execution
  • Monitor ongoing and upcoming works to identify potential challenges or issues and provide direction on best method for resolution
  • Assist the Project Managers with the tracking of Apprentices, including their progress and work standards

About You:

We are looking for an individual who possesses the following skills and experience:

  • Current unrestricted QLD Electrical Workers Licence
  • Current manual Driver's Licence
  • 5+ years' experience in the electrical construction industry
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role or similar leadership position
  • Experience with working on Traffic Signals and Intelligent Transport Systems
  • Experience with Public Lighting - Rate 2, Rate 3 - is highly regarded
  • Experience with the Energex/Ergon network is highly regarded
  • Experience/understanding of switching Low Voltage networks is preferred
