  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Own and evolve product strategies for fraud prevention across multiple squads and initiatives.
  • Define and deliver roadmaps balancing customer protection, regulatory compliance, and business value.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through agile delivery, ensuring clarity, momentum, and impact.
  • Champion the voice of the customer, translating insights into intuitive solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across technology, risk, compliance, operations, and law enforcement.
  • Utilize data intelligence and AI capabilities to anticipate threats, automate detection, and enhance decision-making.
  • Embed risk frameworks into product design and delivery to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide strategy and regulatory expectations.
  • Mentor and uplift Product Owners and team members, fostering a culture of care, curiosity, and courage.
Requirements
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner or Product Leader in Fraud, Scams, Payments, or AML domains.
  • Skills:
  • Deep understanding of agile delivery, product lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong commercial acumen and passion for customer safety and ethical innovation.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with ability to influence at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset and experience using analytics to guide product decisions.
  • Familiarity with risk frameworks, regulatory environments, and compliance processes.
  • Track record of delivering complex products in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
  • Experience with workflow solutions and/or network analysis tools.
