The primary objective of this role is to act as a parking enforcement officer, providing excellent customer service to passengers and drivers.
This position involves security duties, patrols, incident report writing, and responding to incidents. You will also be required to promote and maintain consistent focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess demonstrated customer service experience, a valid QLD security license, and the ability to work autonomously. A QLD driver's license, first aid certificate, and exceptional conflict resolution skills are also essential.
