Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving the successful implementation of commissioned activities across the broader health sector, working closely with key stakeholders to deliver evidence-informed and sustainable practices aligned with local priorities and community health needs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading a small team to ensure effective delivery of commissioned services, projects, and continuous improvement activities within a specific business unit.
  • Providing guidance on contract management, program compliance, task prioritization, and reporting to develop team capability.
  • Collaborating with external stakeholders to bring together multiple stakeholders for meaningful engagement with community stakeholders, including consumers, carers, people with lived experience, service providers, and policy makers.
  • Analyzing available data to draw meaningful insights to inform contract management, program priorities, and best practice.
  • Cultivating a collaborative leadership style to provide professional development and shape a high-performance team.
