About the Role

This position is focused on driving successful commissioning activities of Mental Health and AOD teams. As a key stakeholder, you will work closely with others to deliver evidence-informed, sustainable practices across the broader health sector.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management, report writing skills, and the ability to work autonomously. Experience interacting with external stakeholders and bringing multiple stakeholders together is essential.

You will play a central role in building team capability by providing day-to-day guidance on contract management, program compliance, task prioritization, and reporting.

  • Understand the Australian primary healthcare system including intersections between primary and tertiary care.
  • Analyse available data to draw meaningful insights for contract management and AOD program priorities.
  • Collaborative leadership style providing professional development for shaping a high-performance team.
