About the Role

This is a key position within our team that drives successful commissioning activities for Mental Health and AOD services.

  • Coordinate delivery of commissioned services, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver evidence-informed, sustainable practices aligned with local priorities and community health needs.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance on contract management, program compliance, task prioritization, and reporting.
Your Responsibilities
  • Have an excellent understanding of the Australian primary health care system.
  • Be experienced in project management, report writing, and working autonomously.
  • Ability to interact with external stakeholders and bring multiple stakeholders together.
  • Analyse available data to draw meaningful insights.
  • Collaborate with leadership style to provide professional development for shaping a high-performance team.
