Job Summary

This role provides quality guest service through the sale of tickets and Bingo reservations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Exhibit conduct in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulations and departmental policies.
  • Assist guests with ticket purchases and provide information on various forms of payment.
  • Reconcile cash and ticket media according to prescribed guidelines.
  • Provide assistance with lost tickets and passes, reissuing and/or refunding according to established policies.
  • Perform daily inspections for safety, quality, and cleanliness, reporting deficiencies.
  • Offer general information to ensure a pleasant visit.
  • Promote positive guest and employee relations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. One to two years of previous cashiering and/or ticketing experience is preferred.

Work Environment
  • The employee frequently stands, walks, uses hands, reaches, talks, hears, and tastes/smells.
  • Lifting/moving up to 50 pounds is frequent.
  • The Casino environment is fast-paced, crowded, and noisy.
