Job Overview

As a clinical nurse specialist, you will provide patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Your role will involve engaging clients across acute and primary care settings, supporting engagement, care planning, coordination, and harm reduction.

You will be part of a dedicated team committed to supporting Aboriginal people and communities impacted by drug and alcohol misuse. The team will deliver care through a culturally responsive, holistic model that recognizes the importance of connection to culture, community, and country in the healing journey.

Working closely with an Aboriginal program coordinator and having access to cultural supports, including cultural supervision and mentoring, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in culturally safe practice and holistic care planning.

Requirements
  • Registered nurse with eligibility to practice in NSW
  • Willingness to travel across the South West Sydney Region
