Job Description:
">- The Commercial Manager role involves working closely with the Founder to manage client relationships, support commercial strategy, and contribute to revenue growth across two aligned brands.
- This national scope position offers impactful responsibilities in client, sales, and advisory functions, including managing complex engagements and guiding C-suite clients through property search, leasing strategies, and project scoping.
- You will also be responsible for handling internal budgeting, planning, and operations, as well as supporting strategic business planning and operational priorities with the Founder.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- You are a commercially minded operator with 7–10+ years' experience in client-facing, sales, or commercial support roles within property advisory, workplace, real estate, or infrastructure consulting.
- You have strong executive presence and relationship management skills, solid commercial acumen in pricing, contracts, and planning, and a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
- You possess excellent communication and coordination skills and hold qualifications in Business, Property, or related disciplines.
