About This Role
The Performance Lead role provides leadership and enhances the overall performance and effectiveness of frontline teams. As a leader, you will deliver advanced coaching, planning and performance management to deliver on strategic goals and provide best-in-class customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct coaching sessions, one-on-ones, huddles, calibrations, and team meetings in alignment with our current leadership routine.
- Provide concise and effective real-time coaching regularly.
- Foster the development of team members through coaching, constructive feedback, counseling, and recognition.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify areas for development and tailor coaching and training accordingly.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in a leadership role, with experience in a Contact Centre environment highly desirable. As a strong leader, you will have the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Requirements
- Ability to effectively manage a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven capability in remotely coaching and leading a team.
- Proven experience in delivering results.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
