Job Role Overview

This role involves working as part of a team to enhance data accuracy and performance information to support managed fund claims activities.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting portfolio data and metrics that matter, including data validation and investigation of data issues with stakeholders.
  • Working collaboratively with management to drive operational performance.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in workers compensation with an understanding of the life cycle of a claim and key regulatory requirements.
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
  • A genuine interest in data, performance, and reporting.
  • High attention to detail and time management capabilities.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and work in a collaborative environment.
