Discover the art of pastry creation in our luxury lodge setting.

As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in preparing and delivering high-quality desserts and cakes. You will work closely with the kitchen leadership team to design innovative dishes and train other chefs in pastry techniques.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of memorable guest experiences. Our ideal candidate will be driven, committed and motivated to consistently create and provide exceptional culinary delights.

To succeed in this role, you will require:


• A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a luxury lodge environment or similar.

• Flexibility and reliability to work across a variety of shifts.

• A desire to learn, develop and continuously improve.

• A vehicle and driver's license (preferred), or other modes of accessibility to the property.
