Deliver High-Performing Teams

The Senior Leader ensures the Data Segment team plans and delivers on their commitments to deliver the Consumer Data Fabric platform while adhering to global APFM principles and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead program planning and execution for the Data Segment, focusing on the Consumer Data Fabric platform.
  • Manage risk, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, PI planning), budget tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure alignment with global APFM principles and TechSec requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Seeking a highly motivated and certified Scrum Master to drive Agile transformation and empower high-performing teams.
  • Tertiary education in Technology, Business, or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • Must possess a current Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification; relevant Agile/SAFe certifications are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects.
