Key Role in Supply Chain Operations

We are seeking a skilled Parts Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth supply of parts to both external customers and internal stakeholders.

The role involves coordinating with various teams to identify, source and deliver high-quality parts. This includes processing invoices, raising purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the supply of parts to meet customer needs
  • Source and interpret parts specifications
  • Process invoices and purchase orders
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Maintain accurate records in MS Dynamics
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email or in-person

Requirements:

  • Key Skills:
  • Forklift license (an advantage but not essential)
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and parts concepts
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
