Job Summary

This role involves assisting account managers with portfolio management, ensuring timely and efficient processing of credit submissions.

It also entails providing technical support through scenario assistance and product guidance.

The successful candidate will maintain the integrity of our credit policies, responsible lending, and NCCP compliance.

They will build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Additionally, they will respond quickly to stakeholders on scenarios and escalations as defined within service level agreements.

About You
  • Demonstrated experience in mortgage lending is required, with exposure to residential lending processes within a third-party channel environment.
  • A solid understanding of residential credit and mortgage structures is essential.
  • Experience using CRM systems in customer support and processing is also necessary.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills are required for this role.
