Job Title: Paid Media Leadership Role
We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Paid Media Director. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a high-performing paid media team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of paid media specialists to deliver strong results across Meta and Google.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and high-quality campaign delivery.
- Oversight of best-in-class paid campaigns across Meta and Google with clear reporting and ROI.
- Capacity planning and workflow management to ensure efficient delivery of projects.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in paid media.
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing a digital team, preferably within a fast-paced agency setting.
- Fluency in CPCs and ROAS, as well as one-on-ones and career development plans.
- Strategic thinking and ability to forecast department revenue.
- Hybrid work approach with six office days per month.
- Paid birthday leave.
