Renal Health Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Renal Health Specialist to contribute to our vision of creating pathways to better health for North West communities.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples with kidney disease and those requiring dialysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clinicians to provide culturally safe and appropriate healthcare services.
  • Work collaboratively with the Renal multidisciplinary team under the guidance of a Clinical Nurse and Registered Nurse.
Requirements
  • Applicants must be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent.
  • A valid C Class Motor Vehicle Licence is required.
  • Pre-employment screening will be conducted, including Criminal History checks.

Benefits Package
  • A competitive salary range between $75,090 and $103,261 per annum.
  • A one-year isolation bonus: AUD$3,500; two-year total AUD$10,500; third year and every year after AUD$7,000.
  • Two return airfares per annum to the nearest east coast provincial city.
  • A 12.75% employer superannuation contribution.
