The role of a Strategic Account Manager is to establish and maintain long-term relationships with key government customers, driving revenue growth through effective strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive account plans to achieve business objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and growth.
- Act as the trusted advisor and Account Manager for key customers, fostering strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Provide domain expertise in the public sector and regulated industries, delivering actionable insights and value-driven solutions.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in account management, business development, or similar roles in a commercial environment.
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving significant revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
