About the Role:- You will be the pivotal link between our business and valued clients, cultivating strong relationships to drive long-term growth.
- Build and nurture a portfolio of clients through effective account management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into loyal customers by leveraging market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries that meet customer expectations.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and close sales to drive revenue growth.
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Proven experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably within the fuel or transport industry.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to foster strong client relationships.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges.
- Valid driver's licence to enable travel to client sites when necessary.
