About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Courtesy Driver to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by managing the logistics of service vehicle pick-up and drop-off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the dealership ambassador, representing the Mercedes-Benz brand professionally and enthusiastically.
  • Pick up and drop off service vehicles from customers' home or workplace locations.
  • Deliver loan vehicles to customers while ensuring seamless handovers and vehicle walk-arounds.
  • Return serviced vehicles to customers promptly and efficiently.
What You'll Need:
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Full driver's license and the ability to drive long distances.
  • Competence in operating a smartphone or iPad for navigation and communication.
