A Luxury Vehicle Experience

We are seeking a courteous and customer-focused driver to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- You will act as a brand ambassador, representing the luxury vehicle brand professionally and enthusiastically.
- Pick up and drop off service vehicles from customers' home or workplace locations.
- Deliver loan vehicles to customers while ensuring seamless handovers and vehicle walk-arounds.
- Return serviced vehicles to customers promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers throughout the process, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- You possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- You enjoy driving and providing exceptional customer service.
- You are available to work full-time (Monday to Friday) between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
- You hold a full driver's license and are able to drive long distances.
- You are competent in operating a smartphone or iPad for navigation and communication.
- You have a passion for providing a top-tier customer experience.
