IT Operations Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned IT Operations Manager to lead our internal service function and drive innovation within a fast-growing environment.

This critical hire will involve developing and maturing ITSM policies, building scalable and resilient processes, and ensuring compliance standards with ISO27001, APRA, and CPS234.

The successful candidate will work closely with vendors and infrastructure operations, driving strategic initiatives and growth.

  • Experience implementing ITSM tools and managing external vendors
  • In-depth understanding of M365 and the productivity suite
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Developing processes & policies for IT Infrastructure
