About the Role:

As a Resource Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in candidate attraction, engagement, and management. Whether you're experienced in recruitment or come from a sales background, this is your chance to grow your career with a supportive and successful team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to match with suitable job opportunities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job brief to placement
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery for clients and candidates
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role
  • A proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the local Darwin market is a strong advantage
  • Driver's license and full working rights in Australia
