Director of Strategic Engagement

This position plays a key role in representing First Nations leadership and strategic direction for the Institute.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide overall strategic direction and management of business services teams.
- Lead governance, budget management, human resources, and recruitment initiatives for the Institute.
- Develop and implement marketing, communication, and research administration strategies.
- A postgraduate qualification (or equivalent experience) in business or relevant discipline is required.
- You will possess exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to build high-performing teams.
- Experience in financial planning and management, as well as business development and analysis support, is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative and assume responsibility for tasks and projects.
- Strong market assessment and network development skills are highly desirable.
- Proven ability to deliver innovative solutions to complex strategic and operational issues.
