Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Leader to shape the future of our technology and production environments.

This full-time role is pivotal in strengthening our technical foundations, leading our multimedia and livestream strategy, and supporting our mission across all locations.

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations including network management, hardware lifecycle, and user support. You will also take a leadership role in the continuous improvement of our platforms and ensuring security and compliance.

You will lead the delivery of operational technology for livestreaming, multimedia, and production systems, ensuring reliability, excellence, and alignment with our goals.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated work history in IT support and systems administration, excellent organisational skills, great communication skills, and a passion for excellence in church production and multimedia.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations including network management, hardware lifecycle, and user support.
