Strategic Solutions Designer

We're seeking a highly skilled Design Strategist to join our Post Trade Technology team. As a key member of our Design and Architecture group, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution design, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to influence the design and outcomes of strategic solutions, and collaborate with architects to factor in best practice design principles.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present data-driven insights to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Take ownership of the design process to ensure solutions meet business objectives

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in solution design, with a strong understanding of UX/UI and technology architecture
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and SQL
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, with a willingness to adapt to changing project requirements
