At Talent Web, we're seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our team. As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing strategic and multi-disciplinary project teams to achieve delivery of strategic land-use, DA guidance, rezoning advice, and planning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a current working knowledge of relevant industry developments, legislation, and practice relevant to strategic planning.
  • Plan feasibility with new sites and projects.
  • Guide clients through local planning controls to get the best project outcomes.
  • Provide technical advice to Council and external stakeholders to meet project outcomes.
  • Influence stakeholders to get the best result for your client.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Planning (or similar).
  • Circa 6 years of experience as a Planner.
  • A strong government background (either local or state).
  • Extensive DA knowledge and experience.
  • SSDA experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent development planning experience.
  • Great leadership experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
