As a licensed clinical social worker, you will provide remote mental health therapy to clients nationwide.

This role offers flexibility in scheduling and client management without traditional practice overhead.

You will conduct live sessions or asynchronous messaging, aided by AI tools for session preparation and documentation.

This position requires an independent clinical license and allows practitioners to control their caseload and work hours from anywhere in the USA.

You will choose your time commitment, with no caseload requirement or non-compete clause.

We provide client referrals and handle insurance claim submission and billing, so you can focus on practicing the craft you love.

Our platform offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to provide mental health care on your own terms.

We offer bonuses for engagement with new clients, as well as AI assistance with session preparation and documentation.

You will manage cases, write client notes, and schedule appointments all on our intuitive app.

You will also have access to resources like our provider support center and dedicated support team.

  • All therapists and counselors must possess and provide proof of:
  • An independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy
  • Individual NPI & CAQH numbers
  • Current residence in the USA

We reimburse $70 for 60-minute live sessions, with compensation for shorter sessions prorated. Asynchronous messaging rates fluctuate depending on client plans and their state of residence.

We currently place providers on a waitlist if they only have clinical licensure in TX, FL, NC, or MI.
