About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Innovator to spearhead creative strategy, testing, and analysis across our performance channels. This role involves driving campaigns that not only align with our brand values but also yield measurable results.

In this position, you will sit at the intersection of product development, brand management, and marketing. Your primary focus will be on turning strategies into actionable plans and ensuring campaign success by coordinating all marketing-based go-to-market activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create clear and structured creative briefs for paid campaigns that directly link to product priorities, marketing strategies, and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with brand and product teams to ensure alignment between creative direction and business goals.
  • Provide performance insights to inform creative development and track progress through to delivery, ensuring timely completion.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive creative test plans across paid social channels, analyzing results to identify high-performing variations.
  • Lead the end-to-end creative testing process with agency partners, managing briefs, approvals, launches, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Analyze outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and sharing insights with the creative team to refine future outputs.
  • Present regular reports on test outcomes and optimization opportunities.
  • Oversee the Marketing Calendar, ensuring timely updates and clear communication across teams, and manage cross-functional campaign delivery.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention through targeted marketing-led campaigns.
  • Foster collaboration between performance marketing, CRM, and brand teams to maintain consistent messaging for product launches and campaigns.
