This innovative company has established itself as a leading provider of quality products. For over 70 years, it has distributed products across QLD and NSW from its Gold Coast manufacturing facility.
The organisation is seeking an experienced IT Strategy & Engagement Manager to develop and implement strategies that ensure objectives for best practice and engagement are met across the business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the delivery of IT change projects, providing strategic direction and undertaking frontline stakeholder engagement activities to support project delivery
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships internally and externally and constantly assessing customer feedback to provide guidance and assistance on improvements to IT service delivery
- Identifying and driving other significant technology change initiatives including market trends applicable to the business
Key Requirements:
- Strong practical experience in understanding and accessing business systems and processes and creating suitable change strategies to support successful IT-driven solutions
- In-depth experience in facilitating, planning, and leading projects from start to completion
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
