The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing retail operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Associates to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Manage retail operations, including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and facilities maintenance
  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service to drive customer loyalty and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer experience

Requirements:
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics
  • Ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service
  • Previous business planning experience, including sales and customer service target setting
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Experience with retail point-of-sale software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
