Estee Lauder - Beauty Advisor - Sydney International Airport

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team at Sydney International Airport. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building customer loyalty, and achieving sales targets through effective link selling, consultation, and demonstration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets by utilizing link selling, consultation, and demonstration techniques.

• Provide exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, and exceeding their expectations.

• Maintain a professional image, adhering to Estee Lauder Companies grooming guidelines.

• Deliver skincare and makeup applications, ensuring customers receive up-to-date information on skincare techniques.

• Participate in training sessions to develop skills, stay current on products, and enhance social selling abilities.

• Replenish and rotate stock, maintain counter and tester unit cleanliness, and ensure hygiene standards.

• Follow guidelines and direction, accept suggestions, and implement feedback from store or Estee Lauder Sales and Education Manager.

• Demonstrate a team player approach, communicating efficiently with colleagues and store management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience.

Personal Qualities:

• Service-oriented with a "can do" attitude and passion for the retail industry.

• Friendly and conversational, with a good understanding of luxury skincare.

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or travel.

• Good command of the English language, with a second language advantageous.
