Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team and play a key role in the integrated management and maintenance of infrastructure across the centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring life safety, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and innovation, enabling the asset to achieve its full potential.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading initiatives that support our strategy to operate as a responsible and sustainable business
  • Delivering day-to-day best-in-class facilities services to meet the needs of the Centre team and deliver excellence in customer experience
  • Analyzing data to identify opportunities to improve the asset's environmental performance
  • Providing education and coaching to the facilities team to create a supportive environment where they can thrive
  • Developing a detailed asset life cycle plan for the centre and communicating facilities priorities and capital requirements
  • Managing contractor deliverables through effective partner relationships
  • Responding to emergency situations and incidents within the centre
  • Directing asset maintenance, repair, and capital works with stakeholder input

As part of our asset team, you will also have duty management responsibilities from time to time, including working weekend shifts on a roster basis.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in retail, hospitality, property, or facilities management, as well as commercial expertise to manage financials and provide recommendations on operating and capital costs.
