Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are embarking on an exciting new chapter in our culinary journey. With a clear focus on innovation, guest experience, and team excellence, we are seeking a Food and Beverage Operations Manager to lead our talented team through this next phase of growth and transformation.

This role will ensure seamless food and beverage operations across all outlets while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will lead the team with professionalism, energy, and a focus on service excellence, supporting the overall vision of our culinary offerings and delivering True Hospitality. Responsible for fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture that aligns with IHG's values, ensuring team members feel engaged, supported, and motivated to deliver their best.

A day-to-day overview:

  • Lead and support the front-of-house team during daily operations and service periods
  • Ensure high standards of guest service, hospitality, and operational efficiency
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth
  • Collaborate with the Director of Culinary and Food & Beverage Services on operational planning and initiatives
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of guest experiences and operational processes

  • Maintain guest satisfaction scores above departmental targets
  • Ensure operational standards and compliance with hygiene and safety requirements
  • Achieve service efficiency and quality targets across all food and beverage outlets
  • Demonstrate effective team management and development, including staff engagement and retention metrics
