Business Transformation Lead

This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity to lead and manage business transformation projects. You will oversee internal and external engagement across assigned projects, developing robust relationships with stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.

About the Role

The Business Transformation Lead is responsible for delivering strategic programs of work that achieve business outcomes. This role requires strong operational and strategic thinking, as well as experience in implementing change with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver innovation and strategically aligned programs of work
  • Articulate recommendations and strategic advice to executive management
  • Implement change with various stakeholders
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing projects
  • Strong background in developing and delivering innovation and strategically aligned programs of work
  • Experience in articulating recommendations and strategic advice to executive management
  • Ability to implement change with various stakeholders
