Insurance Associate or Senior Associate Role

We are seeking an experienced solicitor to join our Insurance team in Brisbane. In this role, you will work with a team of professionals across various insurance advisory and litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal advice;
  • Communicating with clients effectively;
  • Preparing correspondence and collaborating with other practitioners;
  • Attending settlement conferences and mediations;
  • Routine appearances before the court.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have between 3-8 years' experience with insurance work from a defendant law firm. You will be expected to work well in a team, have a professional approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong client service focus.
