About the RoleWe seek an experienced solicitor to join our Insurance team and take on diverse litigation and advisory matters. You will work closely with professionals across insurance advisory and litigation, including public liability, professional indemnity, property liability, policy indemnity, life/TPD insurance, motor and subrogated recoveries.
- Drafting advices;
- Communicating with clients both in writing and verbally;
- Drafting correspondence and communicating with other practitioners;
- Attending and conducting settlement conferences and mediations;
- Routine appearances before the Court;
To be successful, you will have between 3-8 years' experience with insurance work from a defendant law firm. A strong focus on client service and exceptional communication skills are essential for this role.
