Litigation Solicitor

Pipeline Capital is a Queensland based family office which has investments across a wide range of asset classes including early-stage growth technology companies and is seeking to recruit a technology first Litigation solicitor for its Gold Coast based firm Ezylegal.

We specialize in a broad range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, Estate Law, Australian Consumer Law (ACL), and property litigation. We have developed our own bespoke online litigation platform to streamline case management and enhance client engagement.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Litigation Solicitor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a solicitor with three to five years of post-qualification experience in any area of litigation. We are looking for someone who is tired of practicing law in the 'because that's the way we have always done it here' mould. Ideally, you will have used AI and are chomping at the bit to utilise it and more.

1. Utilize our proprietary online platform to manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely progression and client empowerment.
2. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and prepare legal documents.
3. Prepare pleadings, applications, and other legal documents with precision and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Communicate with clients proactively, providing updates and addressing inquiries to ensure they feel in control and supported throughout their legal journey.
5. Work alongside our senior lawyers on complex cases, gaining exposure to advanced litigation strategies and court procedures.
6. Instruct Counsel and, where appropriate, attend court hearings and other legal proceedings, advocating passionately for our clients.

1. Education: LLB degree or equivalent; Practising Certificate.
2. Experience: Three to five years of experience in litigation.
